Bath Time.

It is possible that my favourite place in all the world is my bathtub. Do you not find that all your greatest ideas come to you whilst submerged? Or you perform a mental checklist of the days events, remembering what you had previously forgotten to do?  I love my bath; the feel of the water on my skin, the sweet smell of  jasmine and green tea, the way the heat rises and dances with the ceiling lights, the patterns that the condensation forms upon the mirrored surfaces, the almost miniscule piece of fluff that floats across the tiled floor producing instantly the memory of tumbleweeds from a classic 70’s cowboy film. Warmth does not only fill my body, but also my mind.

Victoria’s Secret Angels best kept secret…

Lingerie giants Victoria’s Secret celebrated their highly anticipated show in London last week. These fashion shows are of the most beautiful, fun and most watched shows, however, the Victoria’s Secret Angels would not be quite the same if it were not for the creativity of one man! The man behind the wing designs which this year followed the themes, ‘Fairy Tales’ and ‘Dream Girls’ and ‘Gilded Angels.’

Find out who he is, and oogle at his creations here: http://www.thetrendspotter.net/2014/12/victorias-secret-angels-wouldnt-without-man.html#

Summer Essentials

Summer Essentials

When it comes to summer time fashion, in my opinion, it’s time to express a little personality and add some colour to your wardrobe. My top picks for a summer outfit right now is this one. I am loving a little pattern clash, but not too much that it’s overbearing and then I like how it’s offset with a classic pastel tote.

(BTW, if you love River Island as much as I do, head on over to their site because they’re having an up to 50% sale)

1. River Island Flag Chunky 90’s Boots
2. Katie Eary Light wash denim eyelet shorts from River Island
3. Collective Concepts Contrast Strap Tank
4. Monki Hope Sunglasses
5. River Island Black oversized fedora hat
6. Lacoste Chantaco Medium Tote

Why is your mom so important to you?

I really like Image magazine and although their competition is a little late for Mother’s Day the question they’re asking really makes you think.

Can you really describe what your mother means to you in just a few characters? There are many loving quotes about mothers suggests that you can.

However, this is my favourite: “I am sure that if the mothers of various nations could meet, there would be no more wars.”

E. M. Forster
